Job Description: Digital Consultant

iKnowFarm is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Digital Consultant. As a Digital Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and executing an effective digital marketing strategy, developing and managing social media content, increasing client acquisition through online sales and marketing, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Communication:

Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for iKnowFarm
Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and customers
Develop and deliver effective communication materials, including presentations, reports, and newsletters
Digital Marketing:

Develop and execute an effective digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed
Develop and manage effective online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Conduct research and analysis to identify new digital marketing opportunities
Social Media Management:

Develop and manage social media content across multiple channels
Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed
Engage with followers and respond to inquiries and comments
Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote iKnowFarm’s products and services
Content Creation:

Develop and create engaging and informative content for iKnowFarm’s website and social media channels
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop high-quality content
Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content
Edit brief video snippets into spectacular videos
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with digital agricultural applications is a plus
Strong editing skills for creating videos
Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to be based in Arua
Contract Terms:

The Digital Consultant will be employed on a full-time basis for a period of one year, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and funds availabliy with a three month’s probabtion. The employee will be entitled to the following benefits:

The employee will be required to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement, as well as comply with iKnowFarm’s code of conduct and ethical standards. The employee will report to the Product Manger of iKnowFarm and work closely with the rest of the team to achieve iKnowFarm’s goals and objectives.
